Floorwalkers:
Shoplifting is becoming a major contributor to shrinkage and poses a serious threat to our wholesale and retail clients. Theft occurs when the desire and the opportunity to steal exceeds the risk. This service is designed to displace the comfort zone and create unacceptable risk for the shoplifter syndicates. This task cannot be left to ordinary security personnel. Our floorwalkers, or store detective as they are also known, are highly skilled in the art of identifying, observing, pursuing and confronting shoplifter.

This specific service entails the evaluation of security service providers and provides the client with insight in to the service standards of, and adherence to the contract stipulations by, the present contractor. Detailed security site surveys identify risk exposure and suggest action to reduce such risk to acceptable levels.
